About Our Client
For our Client - an international real estate investment firm - due to introducing operations in Poland, we are seeking for an experienced professional for a position for Country Manager. Successful candidate will play key role in establishing and driving growth for a new PRS platform in Poland.
Job Description
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve company goals and objectives,
- P&L management of new PRS platform according to company strategy
- Develop business strategy according to market conditions achieving full occupancy, high margins and NOI above the budget
- Implement operational process and procedures for new PRS platform
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a harmonious blend of efficiency and effectiveness,
- Source new development possibilities and manage transactions
- Continuously improve operational processes, workflows, and efficiency across all business functions, aiming for cost-effectiveness and optimal resource utilisation,
- Create, lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning,
- Prepare and oversee cooperation with external partners (leasing, FM, etc.)
- Increase of brand awareness and gaining recognition of key accounts, credibility of financing institutions due to stable high performance of the operations
- Propose ESG initiatives, according to the ESG plan
- Monitor and analysis of the PRS market in Poland, adapting the company's strategy to changing market conditions
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree in business area, RICS or MBA qualification will be a strong asset
- At least 20 years of experience in Real Estate, at least 10 years within operations / business management
- Strong real estate market knowledge, preferably in PRS sector
- Excellent analytical skills as well as fundamentals of corporate finance and projects
- Ability to comprehensively manage all aspects of company operations at the national level
- Excellent leadership skills enabling effective team motivation and management
- Ability for strategic planning and decision-making impacting company development
- Fluency in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling relationship building with business partners and internal and external stakeholders
