Detailed Duties and Responsibilities The first point of contact for the customer, responding to various incoming requests, and solving emerging issues through phone, email, and chat. Helping customers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, baggage concerns, etc. Participating in the improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction by providing additional insights on how to improve them. Building a good relationship with the customer while improving customer satisfaction. Participation in specialized training. Understanding customer needs and assisting to solve the issues faced. The Profile Targeted Qualifications Fluency in Norwegian Language, C1 level or higher. Fluency in English Language, B2 level or higher to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Previous customer service experience – is a plus. Skills for efficient navigation of the internet and MS Office applications.
