CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL WITH FRENCH AND ENGLISH
An international company providing business process outsourcing, digital marketing, training and talent management, technology and innovation, consulting and analytics solutions will be happy to welcome new members in the Team for the position of Customer Service Professional.
Place of work: Gdansk or Warsaw
Responsibilities
Contact customers by phone or e-mail, providing technical support.
Requirements
Fluent in French and English – expected level C1.
An understanding person and you get along well with other people.
Desire to develop in an international environment.
Position details
Your future tasks: contacting customers by phone or e-mail, providing technical support.
The first month of work is onboarding – you train and develop your skills during fixed working hours, stationed in one of the offices in Warsaw or Gdańsk; you choose.
Full-time work – 5 days a week, but you can choose any working days from Monday to Sunday.
We offer
Salary: PLN 5500-6000 gross.
Employment contract.
Remote work (except first 4 weeks = onboarding).
