Tasks
Implementing end-to-end Gen AI-powered RAG & multi-agent systems.
Providing guidance on system architecture & components.
Building TTD system components: LLM Agents, setup & prompt engineering, routing, state management, vector stores, context providing, rerankers, validation, and assessment rules.
Supporting project delivery.
Managing end-to-end initiatives: Business understanding, Data preparation, Modeling, Evaluation, Deployment.
Analyzing and interpreting findings.
Delivering high-quality technical solutions to clients.
Drawing conclusions and recommendations, including expected benefits.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Python, object-oriented programming, SQL, and vector databases.
Strong experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms.
Knowledge of Deep Learning and Gen AI libraries such as Num Py, Py Torch, Hugging Face, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and Gen AI APIs like Open AI/Gemini.
Understanding of deep learning concepts.
Experience with Machine Learning, especially Generative AI, NLP, or multimodal models.
Experience gathering business requirements, data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and deployment.
Experience with Databricks is a plus.
Successful project experience in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision is a plus.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Experience with microservice architectures and code repositories.
Strong business acumen.
