Your tasks
- Driving the end-to-end model development lifecycle, ensuring best practices for reproducible research and well-managed software delivery
- Working in a collaborative, cross-functional team, sharing information, valuing diverse ideas, and partnering effectively with global colleagues
- Translating complex business problems into projects with clearly defined scope, ensuring timely and well-managed deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Fostering innovative ideas to solve real-world challenges

- Leading AI adoption across the enterprise
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information retrieval or text summarization, experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing)
- Strong proficiency in Python, including code review, unit testing, and working with a large codebase
- Experience with AWS
- Documented experience in machine learning/artificial intelligence, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders to define problems effectively
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset, designing and conducting experiments efficiently to answer empirical questions
- Fluent communication in English
