The Impact You’ll Make
As a Data Scientist you will collaborate across functions to turn business requirements into AI / ML solutions, explore and analyze healthcare data, develop deep learning or LLM models, ensure data privacy and compliance, and translate technical concepts into actionable insights.
Your Skills And Expertise
Master’s degree or Ph D in computer science, mathematics, or related fields; or Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience.
Experience developing ML models with Python and libraries like Py Torch, Tensor Flow, Scikit‑Learn, and Transformers.
Solid knowledge of statistical concepts.
Experience providing maintainable, reusable code for Agentic AI and ML applications, including source control with Git, unit testing, and CI/CD.
Good communication skills.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed include:
Familiarity with a cloud provider, preferably AWS.
Experience solving real‑world problems with LLMs and/or Agentic AI.
Proficiency in processing large amounts of data using technologies such as Py Spark.
Demonstrated ability to work in interdisciplinary environments.
Work location
Hybrid (Office in Wroclaw, PL).

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status. Must submit application in English.
