Atradius Collections
In this position your key responsibilities will be: Telephone contact regarding debt collection (B2 B sector only)
Estimated total telephone working time 30%–40%
Preparing recommendations for customers (also in English)
Ongoing contact with customers in Poland and abroad (internal and external)
Participation in local and international projects
What qualification should you have? Native speaker of Polish
Minimum communicative knowledge of English, allowing for fluent communication with clients on matters under consideration (mandatory)
Minimum one year of experience in debt collection (mandatory)
Knowledge of the trade credit insurance industry will be an additional advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
Systematic approach, punctuality, independence and good work organisation
High enthusiasm for work and willingness to communicate
Ability to work in a team
Sense of humour
