Introduction – about the project
You will join a
Data & Insights initiative
focused on developing solutions that leverage artificial intelligence for
data analysis and business process automation.
The project is delivered in a
cloud environment (Azure)
and involves developing solutions based on
generative models ,
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures , and integrations with business systems.
Your role
Leading a team working on AI solutions in an Agile environment
Coordinating the team’s work during Scrum ceremonies
Designing the architecture of solutions based on LLMs and Generative AI
Overseeing the implementation and integration of AI solutions with business systems
Collaborating with product owners and business stakeholders
Mentoring developers and providing technical guidance to the team
Ensuring quality, scalability, and architectural alignment of delivered solutions
Collaborating with architects and quality teams in designing and testing solutions
Managing team resources and working with distributed teams
Preparing and maintaining technical documentation
Our expectations
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT
Experience in leading technical teams or technology projects
Experience in AI / Generative AI projects
Knowledge of architectures based on:
Large Language Models (LLMs)
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
applications powered by generative models
Experience working in Azure environments
Experience working in Agile / Scrum
Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders
Excellent communication skills in both, Polish and English
