As Fresenius Digital Technology, we are an integral part of the Fresenius Group, responsible for the IT of the healthcare group and its business segments. We ensure a frictionless interface of IT and business operations so that all employees in production, logistics, and other areas can work efficiently and without interference.
As a Demand & Delivery Management Consultant, you ensure that demands and offers are planned, executed, and delivered transparently, efficiently, and with high quality throughout the entire IT demand lifecycle, through structured coordination and close collaboration with all stakeholders.
Your daily basis tasks:
Collaborate with the Polish IT department of an international company in the medical industry
Responsible for demand processes, reporting, and performance management (currently, demand and portfolio processes are managed in Jira and SAP, with a planned rollout in Service Now environments)
Play a key role in managing the lifecycle of business requirements, coordinating implementation processes, and ensuring service quality in medium- and high-complexity projects within an international environment
Provide consulting and support in the implementation and development of processes and services within the Demand & Delivery Management area
Coordinate the design of solutions that meet business requirements, including the preparation of functional concepts in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
Co-create the scope and plans for IT projects and services
Prepare cost estimates for medium- and high-complexity projects and services in cooperation with functional and responsible stakeholders
Oversee the implementation of concepts and actions to ensure service quality
Identify risks within the area of responsibility and implement preventive measures
Continuously improve processes and services in a complex business environment
Represent the team in meetings and working groups
Coordinate requirements, prepare offers, and tender documentation in cooperation with internal and external teams
Ensure compliance with established KPIs and SLAs
Participate in international projects and collaborate with virtual teams
What we are looking for:
University degree in technical, economic, or related fields
Experience in a Consultant role within SAP, Service Now, or Demand & Delivery Management areas
Very good knowledge of SAP and/or Service Now (mandatory requirement)
Technical and project competencies: experience in requirements engineering and business process analysis, ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of quality, risk, and supplier (internal and external) management principles
Understanding of business administration, IT service management, and SLAs
English proficiency at B2 or C1 level
Quick availability (ASAP) preferred, but up to a 3-month notice period is acceptable
