The successful candidate will be responsible for: Providing strategic leadership and direction for educational improvement. Developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance teaching and learning. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs and initiatives. Leading and supporting academy leaders in driving school improvement. Ensuring compliance with all relevant educational policies and regulations. Fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Analysing performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions. Working with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of an inclusive and equitable education. This role offers a competitive salary on SCP 81-85 (£110,097 - £119,256) (National) plus pension.
