The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in quality assurance, deep technical expertise, and a proactive approach to ensuring the highest standards of product performance and functionality.
This role requires the ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, complex environment while mentoring junior team members and leading quality initiatives.
As an Engineer - Manual QA, NATS, your responsibilities will include: Participating in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure product quality Reviewing and analysing product and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test strategies Collaborating with QA and development teams to create detailed test plans and test cases Executing test cases and analysing results to identify and document issue Reporting and managing bugs, and assisting in troubleshooting issues Monitoring health check metrics to ensure product stability Working closely with Product and Development teams to drive continuous improvement Contributing to QA Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of QA processes Learn our application(s) inside and out and become subject matter expert Mentor and guide junior QA team members in best practices, tools, and troubleshooting methods.
Take ownership of testing strategy and execution for complex features or modules Act as the primary QA point of contact in cross-functional discussions and planning sessions.
