sales leader
who works closely with the team, the customer, and the results.

Responsibilities
Delivering sales results
Daily work with the team on pipeline management, priorities, and targets
Co‑leading key sales and tender processes
Removing barriers and responding quickly and efficiently to customer and team needs
Managing the team through presence, joint planning and execution
Daily stand‑ups, weekly reviews, and on‑the‑job coaching
Joint customer visits and leading key sales conversations
Clear goals, constructive feedback, and consistent standards of work
Improving and structuring the sales process
Building and enforcing repeatable standards: qualification, quotation, scheduling, follow‑up
Optimizing team workflows and improving information flow between sales, engineering, and production
Ensuring CRM accuracy – order, realism, and precision
Supporting strategic negotiations
Participating in high‑level discussions with key customers and partners
Co‑creating proposals, presentations, and technical concepts together with engineers
Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years of experience as Sales Manager / Sales Operations / Head of Sales / Key Account Leader in automation, robotics, machinery, or related B2 B technology sectors
Proven track record of delivering results together with the sales team – leading the team to achieve targets
Experience in building sales pipelines, managing a team, and ensuring execution
Experience in technical/project‑based sales processes and understanding of technical and quotation workflows in automation/engineering
Strong operational skills: organization, prioritization, task management
Fluent English; German is an asset
Readiness to work in a hands‑on model, close to people and customers.
Located within 100 km of Kraków or willing to relocate permanently
