We are responsible for IT projects for Polish and international clients.

The number of tasks we undertake is extensive: from design, building and implementation, through preparation of functional specifications and analysis of data in source systems, to the definition of business requirements, support in testing and development of mobile applications.

The department provides IT consulting services, mainly to financial institutions from Poland and abroad.

Currently we are looking for: Backend Developer/Consultant with German (freelance)Your future role: Developing, testing, and maintaining backend components in.

NET, Python or Java stacks, utilizing popular frameworks like Spring, Entity Framework, Hibernate, Fast API or Autofac Participating in project phases from requirement gathering to design, implementation, and maintenance Engaging directly with clients for requirement analysis and offering solutions tailored to their needs Willingness to occasionally step into different roles as needed for project success, while primarily focusing on backend development Employing strong consulting skills to provide innovative solutions and maintain effective communication with teams and clients Leading or contributing to team management and project planning when necessary Demonstrating a robust understanding of system/solution architecture, contributing significantly to project design and strategy Apply if you: Bring 5-6+ years of backend development experience, with proficiency in.
