Job Description:What will you work on? As the Brand Manager you will be responsible for Brand Management plans, maximizing opportunities, managing risk, delivering on profitability goals, developing effective long-term business relationships, and exceeding customer expectations.How will you create impact? As the Brand Manager for CEE region, you would create an impact by:Developing the annual Brand Management strategies for CEE (Poland, CZ, SK, HU, RO) markets and setting up detailed Brand marketing plansAnalyzing consumer insightsAdapting TV commercials on a Brand level and giving feedback about international projectsDay-to-day communication with the most important external business partners: Sales team, advertising and promotion agencies, PR agencies, licensors, global business units, etc.Internal communication on a daily basis with the International Marketing Teams, Sales, Finance, Trade Marketing, Planning, etc.Managing ongoing market observation: analyzing sales data, recommending and carrying out appropriate corrective measuresManaging Brand AP budgetLiaising closely with CEE customers and the Sales team to work out customer-specific Brand promotion plansProduct presentations in line with yearly customer and distributor previewsHow will you fit into the team?
