Your role
Define the most appropriate analysis approach to a problem/opportunity and collaborate with a multi-skilled team to achieve the required goal.
Produce component-level flows in the form of Swimlane diagrams to define the sequence of payment processing.
Translate requirements into Functional User Stories, ensuring acceptance criteria are correctly defined.
Perform root cause analysis of failure elements and recommend improvements.
Be responsible for big picture end-to-end thinking.
Work closely with solution delivery and production support teams to ensure all new software is well understood and supported.
Review test cases and test results to ensure requirements are met.
Your skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis.
Familiarity with the software development cycle.
Knowledge of Scrum methodology, BPMN, JIRA, and Confluence.
Strong communication and analytical skills, problem-solving focus, and ability to work in a team.
Proficiency in written and spoken technical English.
Previous experience in banking and finance industry is desirable.
