- As the Business Services Competency Center at Sii, we're seeking a business analyst to join our growing team, providing analysis services for our client from the retail sector. You'll play a crucial role in optimizing processes, especially in the logistics & finance area, and shaping the future of retail business.

responsibilities :
- Capturing and organizing business requirements to support interim state and end-state processes
- Providing BPMN and UML diagrams, workshop materials + epics, features, requirements gathered
- Collaborating with stakeholders across all levels, translating complex data into clear and actionable recommendations
- Facilitating workshops
- Participating in and supporting test planning and execution
requirements-expected :
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in a retail setting
- Knowledge of UML and BPMN
- A keen understanding of retail processes, trends, and challenges
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges
- Full work proficiency in English
- Skills in logistics and/ or finance will be an asset
