We are looking for Business Consultant Lead for OT Network
Lead the creation of a comprehensive blueprint for Operational Technology (OT) network management.
Ensure alignment with IT network standards, emphasizing governance, control, and security.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and real estate services teams to gather requirements and insights.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment and commitment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Define clear roles and responsibilities for OT network management.
Develop accountability frameworks to support efficient and transparent operations.
Security and Resilience Enhancement
Identify and implement security measures to strengthen operational resilience.
Partner with cybersecurity teams to embed best practices into the OT network.
Project Management
Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and deliverables for the workstream.
Monitor progress and adapt strategies to meet evolving objectives.
Reporting and Documentation
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure all processes and changes are thoroughly documented for future reference.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of enterprise change frameworks and IT network standards.
Experience in designing Target Operating Models within large organizations.
Leadership and Communication
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
