Primary Responsibilities
Engineering and administration of Identity IQ including but not limited to application onboarding, launching access certification and attestation campaigns
Design and develop provisioning and de-provisioning processes / workflows for accounts across various internal and external systems
Configure and develop adapters and connectors with various systems and databases for account provisioning, de-provisioning and updates to user accounts
Configure and develop access control roles for various applications to fulfill SOX compliance
Integrates Sail Point solution with in-house and third party applications for birthright provisioning, access request approval and fulfillment, provisional, custom workflows etc.
Performs IAM technical support and development, including monitoring and responding to server events, ensuring data replication, gathering IAM statistics, and performing general maintenance by working with Level 2 operations personnel.
Manage existing IAM infrastructure and provide Level 3 / Architectural support. Work with teams to troubleshoot and resolve/ fix issues and bugs.
Experience and exposure in RBACx, Compliance solutions, Access certifications solutions is an added advantage.
Experience working with Web Servers (IIS).
Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP/AD concepts and working experience on Active Directory.
Should have the ability to understand customer scenario and requirements (may include integration situations) and be capable of suggesting solutions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts.
Play active role in the execution of the project and demonstrate strong technical leadership
Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competition
Demonstrate the capabilities in understanding the clients' business environment and map the requirements into IAM solutions and proactively suggest alternatives as and when required
Be a strong team player and should be able to manage a team of IAM resources.
Qualifications
Overall 7-10 years of strong IAM implementation and support experience
Minimum 4 years’ experience with Sail Point Identity IQ.
Minimum 4 years’ experience with LDAP/Directory Server design, engineering and support.
Experience with Web Technologies: SPML/SOAP, web and application servers, XML
Ability to work with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
Experience developing and implementing Access Request forms/workflows and provisioning / de-provisioning of user access. Customization of product functionality to meet business requirements
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server and/or other relational database
Unix/Linux experience on physical or virtual systems
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, identifying the best option in an emergency situation.
