As the IT Procurement Manager at Go Global, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless procurement of IT equipment and services to support our global operations.

Leveraging your expertise in vendor evaluation, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration, you will drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our procurement processes.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in global procurement, with a focus on IT equipment and devices.

Roles & Resonsibilities: Vendor Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of potential suppliers to assess compatibility with company objectives, quality standards, and pricing considerations.

Vendor Interviewing: Facilitate face-to-face discussions with vendors to gain insights into their processes, products, and services, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and standards.

Negotiation: Analyze vendor proposals and financial reports to negotiate optimal pricing and terms for IT procurement, ensuring cost efficiency and value maximization for the organization.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand IT procurement needs, align strategies, and provide comprehensive solutions that meet organizational requirements.

Contract Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of IT procurement contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms and making necessary adjustments as required to optimize performance and value delivery.

Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of procured IT products and services, including pricing, performance metrics, and contractual details, to facilitate informed decision-making and compliance.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement, preferably in a global setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.

Proven track record of successful vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.

Experience collaborating with global procurement partners to achieve organizational objectives.

Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.

Familiarity SAAS procurement processes and best practices.

Knowledge of logistics operations and their impact on procurement activities.
