We are seeking a
Functional Specialist
with a strong finance background and hands‑on experience in ERP systems to support our ERP package selection process.
This role is pivotal in leading RFP processes, evaluating ERP solutions, and ensuring alignment between system capabilities and financial consolidation needs across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the ERP selection process : Manage RFP development, vendor evaluation, and stakeholder alignment.
Define and document requirements : Work closely with finance and procurement teams to gather business needs and translate them into system specifications.
Provide finance and procurement expertise : Ensure ERP solutions meet requirements for financial consolidation, reporting, compliance, and procurement workflows.
Evaluate ERP platforms : Assess solutions such as
Odoo ,
Microsoft Dynamics ,
Easy , and
Exact
for fit, scalability, and long‑term value.
Support decision‑making : Contribute to business case development through data‑driven analysis and insights.
Work across geographies : Ensure ERP solutions support
multi‑country accounting systems , tax structures, and regulatory compliance.
About You
Strong background in
finance, accounting , or
financial systems , with exposure to
procurement processes
Proven experience with
ERP systems ,
RFP processes , and
requirement definition
Familiarity with
multi‑country financial operations
and
global accounting standards
Good knowledge of the
digital finance landscape , including automation, integrations, and reporting tools
Ability to evaluate ERP solutions from both
technical
and
business
perspectives
Strong
communication
and
stakeholder management
skills
Strategic thinker with a
hands‑on approach
to problem‑solving
Contract Details
Start date: ASAP
Location: Hybrid‑Warsaw, Limburg, Venlo, Randstand
Duration: 32 hours 6+ months with extensions
