TASKS/ROLE:
adaptation of previously used cloning systems to the needs of the project
production of TRF1/2 proteins in the Escherichia coli cloning system in quantities required for physicochemical studies
isolation and purification of proteins and their domains using chromatographic methods based on previously developed protocols by a partner team at the University of Gdańsk
preparation of data and substantive content for publication manuscripts and conference proceedings
preparation of reports for each reporting period

REQUIREMENTS
Ph D degree in chemical sciences, biotechnology or related field
obtain a Ph D degree within 7 years prior to January 1st of the year of employment in the project
obtain a Ph D degree from an entity other than the entity where employment for this position is planned, or complete at least a 10-month, continuous, and documented postdoctoral fellowship in an entity other than the entity carrying out the project and in a country other than the country where the Ph D degree was obtained
a declaration that during the period of receiving this remuneration, the candidate will not receive any other remuneration from funds allocated as direct costs of research projects financed under NCN competitions
a declaration that during the period of receiving this remuneration, the candidate will not receive remuneration from another employer under an employment contract, including an employer based outside Poland
a declaration that during the period of receiving this remuneration, the candidate will not receive retirement benefits from the social security system
documented experience in molecular biology and microbiology, as well as molecular cloning techniques
experience working on research projects
proficiency in Polish and knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level
