The Business Partner Support Specialist (Customer Service Specialist B2 B) manages relationships with, and provides servicing support to MGI’s Business Partners, acts as the first point of contact for partner inquiries, and builds and maintains a positive image of the Company. The Specialist ensures timely communications and resolves Partners’ inquiries, issues, and concerns throughout the partner life cycle from onboarding to termination.

What you’ll do

Act as the first point of contact and resolution owner for partners’ inbound requests through phone, chat, email, and other channels.

Serve as a single point of contact for agents during troubleshooting (accounting, technical support, reporting, agent profile changes, transactability issues, and training).

Initiate outbound contact to partners when needed to clarify discrepancies and collect required information.

Follow up on issues until complete resolution, determine root cause, identify solutions, and agree on a defined course of correction with the partner.

Answer inquiries regarding Money Gram’s Point of Sales applications by identifying procedures and following them to resolve issues.

Assist partners with POS changes, including product configurations, software upgrades, and setting changes.

Collaborate with the sales team to understand agents’ needs and challenges from a B2 B customer service perspective.

Liaise with MGI departments to solve agent issues and ensure partner satisfaction.

Assist with various projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Shift work may be required.

What we’re looking for
Education and Experience

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent outside of the US.

1‑2 years’ experience preferred in account relationship management or customer service.

Essential skills

Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to assess issues and provide direct initial advice or appropriately escalated to the relevant contact.

Time‑management and independent work in team‑oriented environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Diplomacy and tact when addressing issues.

Detail orientation and problem‑solving skills.

Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Ability to work on multiple systems/programs simultaneously.

Ability to work under stress and time pressure.

Knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce (preferred).

Fluent in English and German (both spoken and written).
