Your Responsibilities:manage the Customer Ledger, ensuring accuracy and achievement of collection targetsact as a Business Partner to Op Cos (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Pre-Legal Collectors) by providing accurate data and supporting effective collections and dispute resolutionbuild and maintain strong customer relationships, handling calls and queries while ensuring a high level of serviceidentify and resolve held orders and credit limit issues in line with credit policydrive process improvements using analytical and digital skills to enhance insights and efficiencycollaborate with other HGSS teams to ensure compliance with processes and standardsprovide regular updates to the Team Leader on progress, challenges, and opportunitiestake ownership of personal development in finance skills and business knowledgeensure adherence to process controls, policies, and compliance, suggesting improvements where neededmaintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation. You are a good candidate if you have:fluency in written and spoken Slovenian (C1 level or higher)English proficiency at B2 level or higherstrong customer focus and communication skillsexperience related to Order to Cash/Customer Service areanegotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to handle resistance effectivelystrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesbusiness knowledge, including logisticsability to identify root causes and translate them into improvementsmindset and behaviours aligned with HEINEKEN Finance Behaviours.
