Key Account Manager (Mass Market, Poland)) What you do: Responsible for effective management of Key Customers in Mass Market both in drugstore and wholesaler subchannels Identify, analyze, and develop the market opportunities from the mass market key account perspective Achieve all KPIs in line with BCH objectives and strategy Prepare and provide for each allocated KA, investment proposal according with medium and/or long-term strategies, financial calculation (P&L), BCH benefits (SKU range, visibility, brand activation, promotional activity, etc.) and follow up (regular performance analyze or based on specific demand) Establish specific objectives for each assigned key accounts in line with BCH strategy and goals for annual negotiations in order to achieve BCH selling volumes, profitability, and visibility objectives Negotiate optimum terms and conditions with each key account regarding rebates, product range, distribution, promotional activities and manage the process on everyday basis Establish, develop & maintain strong relationships with customer over time to win desired BCH market position Systematicall and accurately forecast listed SKUs in accordance to the seasonality, availability and customer potential in monthly, quarterly or annual periods Perform regular field visits in MM KA POS to track and monitor contract compliance, promotional activity implementation and competitors activity Initiate projects in cooperation with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Logistics, Legal Departments in line with companys policies and standards Who you are: Studies graduate from economy, business administration, sales and marketing MS Office – Excel, Power Point, Word (good) Intermediate English B1/B2 level (written and spoken), local (Polish) language is a must Presentation and negotiation skills, good analytical thinking Interpersonal abilities for the work in international environment Proficiency Financial Skills - Profit & loss (P&L), ROI and how they relate to Bayer business objectives, applying them in discussions and presentations with customers Awareness System Use - Use of IT technologies to support the efficiency and effectiveness of management, in particular the global systems in place within the organization
