Responsibilities
Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing within CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing
Work closely with developers, product managers, and manual QA engineers in a cross‑functional Scrum team to define test strategies, improve testability, and ensure high product quality
Investigate test failures, report defects, and continuously refine automation scripts to improve reliability and efficiency in detecting issues early in the development cycle
Requirements
Strong hands‑on experience with automation frameworks like Appium, Selenium based frameworks
Proven experience in Java/Kotlin for writing automation scripts and integrating tests into the development pipeline
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions) and version control systems like Git to support continuous testing
Strong understanding of software testing principles, experience with API testing and test management tools (Test Rail, Jira)
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers, and actively contribute to test strategies and improvements
Nice to have
Experience with Shell scripting, Docker, or Kubernetes for test automation execution in containerized environments
Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries to validate test data, perform backend testing, and ensure data integrity across relational and No SQL databases
BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
