Responsibilities
Manage the customer rebates and promotional invoices, ensuring validation with the accruals tracker and timely processing.
Set up and update rebates in the SAP system accurately to prevent queries.
Provide meaningful reports to the local business team.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Sales and Finance teams.
Analyze and negotiate resolution of rebate audit queries received from customers.
Assist with key periodic business targets (month end close, quarter close, year‑end).
Track customer rebate programs and calculate appropriate monthly accruals in the ERP system (SAP S4 Hana).
Set up customer prices in SAP after review by the Pricing and Rebates Manager.
Collaborate with Finance in Strip Net Sales review meetings to ensure accrual numbers are correctly reflected/calculated.
Manage data flow of discount recognition, monitor volume and ensure claim files are loaded correctly.
Support development of reporting tools required for recognition and analysis of discounts.
Receive and verify discount invoices.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and French (both spoken and written).
1‑2 years of work experience.
Excellent attention to detail.
Collaborative team player with conflict management skills.
Adaptable, flexible, and resilient.
IT literate – proficient in MS Office and Google applications.
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce and SAP.
Knowledge of SAP, though not essential.
Relevant experience in a rebates position.
