Your responsibilities Identify new revenue opportunities and innovative ways to drive growth across different product lines.

Develop and implement revenue growth strategies in line with the company's overall goals and market conditions.

Develop and oversee pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.

Monitor pricing effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed based on market feedback and performance metrics.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on growth objectives and initiatives.

Manage and optimize the product portfolio to ensure alignment with market demands and profitability goals.

Lead new product development initiatives from a revenue growth perspective.

Establish KPIs and monitor performance against revenue growth targets.

The experience we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a revenue growth, commercial strategy, or similar role within the FMCG industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various functions.
