YOUR CLIENT

Our customer is a global management consulting firm. Its clients are leading organizations in public, private, and social sectors all over the world. We are seeking a Data Scientist for a project that pertains to the marketing and sales area. The goal of the project is analyzing, prediction, and optimization of revenue growth management.

YOUR TASKS

• Help to drive the analytical scope and method for projects, including formulating and shaping the models.
• Use Maths, Stats, and Machine learning to derive key insights across various industry sectors.
• Write highly optimized code, compliant with customer’s standards.
• Collaborate with the software engineering team in terms of integrating analytics code into the main solution.
• Develop world-class data science products for clients.
• Work on complex data sets from some of the world’s largest organizations.
• Work in a multi-disciplinary environment mixing highly skilled people in data science, software engineering, and quality assurance.
• Bring an exceptional academic background in a technical field combined with experience in developing and applying data science methods in a commercial context.
• Share the company's curiosity for new methods and technologies, and enthusiasm for data science challenges.
• Communicate complex analytics concepts in a clear and concise manner to business leaders.

YOUR PROFILE

• 4+ years of commercial experience in data science projects.
• University degree, but Master/Ph D is preferable.
• Proven application of advanced analytical and statistical methods in the commercial world.
• At least strong intermediate spoken English.
• Experience in statistical modeling and machine learning.
• Experience in applying data science methods to business problems.
• Programming experience in the following languages/libraries: Python, Pandas, Num Py, Sci Py, Sci Kit-Learn, XGBoost.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex analytical concepts to people from other fields.
