Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
Monitor and analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution
Work closely with business analysts and the QA team to improve testing processes and methodologies
Create and update test documentation (plans, cases, reports)
Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless testing across environments
Requirements
Technical university degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field)
3+ years of experience in test automation, or 5+ years in manual testing with some automation exposure
Proven commercial experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress
Hands‑on experience testing data exchange between systems (REST APIs, file-based exchange, SOAP, Rabbit MQ)
Solid knowledge of databases (Oracle, Postgre SQL)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket Bamboo)
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Practical knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Xray, Test Rail)
Nice to Have
Previous professional experience in the banking or financial sector
Basic understanding of Docker
Strong teamwork and communication skills – ability to collaborate effectively with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
Analytical mindset – ability to identify issues, draw conclusions, and present findings clearly and concisely
Attention to detail – accuracy and thoroughness in testing and result analysis
Self‑reliance and initiative – ability to organize your own work and take proactive action
