As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be part of a global interdisciplinary team of experts driving the company's digital transformation. We are looking for a flexible individual to participate in the design and implementation of a tool that streamlines the work of legal and tax professionals.
Your tasks
- Designing and enhancing a custom text analysis engine, as well as workflows
- Using Large Language Models for mass text processing
- Leading the end-to-end model development cycle, ensuring best practices for repeatable testing and well-managed software delivery
- Improving a Python, RAG, and cloud-based backend
- Collaborating in a team-oriented environment, sharing information, and partnering with cross-functional and remote teams
- Maintaining and producing project documentation
- Designing valid experiments, providing answers to empirical questions
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working on information retrieval or summarizing large amounts of text
- Expertise in LLM area, building and training models
- Proficiency in Python: reviewing code, writing unit tests, and learning a large code base
- Comfort with remote development in AWS, Azure or GCP
- Exceptional analytical skills and focus on results
- Fluency in English
- Openness to project working hours that partially overlap with US business hours
- Fluent Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
