About The Role
Grade Level (for internal use): 09
Our customers gain access to an extensive multinational database consisting of over 35 billion historical records related to more than 1 billion cars in over 20 countries across Europe and North America. Today, we are a team of 100+ people in six European countries, while retaining a start‑up feeling with flat hierarchies and flexible decision‑making processes.
Responsibilities And Impact
Design, develop, and integrate new features and functionalities that cater specifically to the needs of used car dealers, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including product management, UX/UI designers, and marketing, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications that meet business goals.
Actively seek and incorporate feedback from car dealers to continuously enhance the platform, making it more user‑friendly and effective for their business needs.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high‑quality deliverables that meet industry standards.
Collaborate with analytics teams to measure the impact of new features on user engagement and business outcomes, providing insights that drive further improvements.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of professional experience with Frontend (Type Script), ideally in combination with using well‑known frameworks (Next.js, React).
Solid understanding of core Java Script/Type Script, React, HTML, and CSS.
Agile mindset to achieve committed goals.
Experience working with APIs and headless CMS.
Experience with client‑facing applications and website performance.
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, etc. (from developers perspective).
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with Java, Postgres.
Experience working with the e‑commerce website.
