As IT Service Manager you’ll play a valuable role in assuring our applications are available for our customers.

Our portfolio of applications contain both on Cloud and On-Premises solutions.

What you’ll be doing: Oversee the external vendors to allow IT services for internal and external customers.

Automate processes and drive continual service improvement, based on application performance.

Provide technical expertise on complex technical issues and guide your team in solving problems.

Working together with Service Leads and Business stakeholders Lead IT operations in accordance with ITIL best practices, lean philosophy and agile principles.

Driving Incident, Change and Problem Management Ensure applications' availability, stability and compliance with internal and external requirements.

Constantly working on simplifying and modernizing supported applications Participate in migration and decommissioning projects and in process automation initiatives and onboarding into Nordea.

Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Coordinating meetings, ensuring technical compliance and providing solutions.

Be responsible for all aspects of IT service delivery provided by application support team.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you Your experience and background: At least 2 years work experience with an excellent track record of working with architecture and technology implementation and large-scale enterprise solution architecture Have a strong technical and leadership background with direct exposure to the senior management IT service management experience following incident and problem management in ITIL framework Experience with technical architecture and understanding of modern application stacks incorporating both open-source and 3rd party vendor technologies Technical competence with In-house IT infrastructures, Cloud-based systems, Network, scripting and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Splunk, App Dynamics, Jenkins Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to guide, negotiate and build consensus and work individually or as part of a team.
