- have experience in refining and designing features, with at least 3 years of technical design knowledge and proven experience in transferring reference architectures to solution architectures,
- have excellent knowledge of current technologies,
- have a proven track record in reducing the complexity of delivering complex IT initiatives across multiple teams,
- are a good presenter who can convey stories well between business and IT stakeholders.

- having a background in finance or banking, particularly with fraud detection systems or decision engine systems,

Your responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into features and stories by using IT & Business knowledge:
- translating new product/services needs into required IT solutions and requirements,
- thinking and acting globally to grasp business opportunities from new technology solutions,
- highlighting correlation and dependencies between squads within different parts of the organization.
Responsible for the solution design to show what is needed and how the End-to-End solution will work:
- creating a blueprint or high-level overview of the proposed solution, outlining the architecture, components, modules, and interfaces of the system,
- refining a detailed design with sufficient granularity for the development team to implement, including conducting, reviewing, and maintaining topics such as software architecture, workflows, design records, proof of concepts, and technical documentation,
- providing technical guidance and support to the development team during the development phase.
