Manage dependencies between product components and collaborate with product owners to ensure product strategy aligns with business goals, value delivery, and strategic growth. Collaborate with the global product team and stakeholders to define and align digital mine IT product requirements with business and customer needs, ensuring compliance with industry standards while identifying and mitigating risks associated with development, deployment and operations. Drive global standardization and innovation in mining solutions by defining and implementing technical concepts, while developing solutions within time, budget, and quality constraints. Ensure product-market fit and guide the product through its lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration. Use data-driven insights to measure and optimize product features, performance, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes. Oversee the IT budget, employing a focus on driving cost efficiencies and ensuring optimal resource allocation to support the organization’s broader objectives. Who you are Bachelor’s degree in information technology, physics, earth science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred. Minimum 5 years in product management or similar roles, with a focus on mining platforms and industrial solutions. Strong understanding of Digital Mine Processing Industry. Possessing effective communication skills to align teams and inspire confidence. Ability to quickly adjust strategies, plans, and mindset to navigate rapid changes is essential for success in our dynamic environment. Integral critical and systemic thinking skills, enabling sound decision-making by analyzing information, understanding interconnections, and developing effective strategies amidst complexities.
