responsibilities :
- Develop custom Service Now applications to meet specific business needs
- Utilize the Service Now scripting framework to automate processes and enhance functionality
- Configure and customize the Service Now portal customer requirements
- Develop and maintain portal widgets to extend portal functionalities
- Collaborate with business analysts and UI/UX designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Service Now issues to ensure optimal platform performance
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Service Now features and best practices
- Document developed work for future reference and maintenance
requirements-expected :
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Now Developer
- Proven experience in Service Now scripting
- Strong understanding of the Service Now application development lifecycle
- Experience in customizing the Service Now portal and developing portal widgets
- Solid knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) processes
- Knowledge of Service Now integrations (REST APIs, web services) and CI/CD pipelines for Service Now deployments
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code
- Fluent English
