This is a position with grade12 This position reports to General Accounting Team Leader for E-mobility Your role and responsibilities The primary role of the Controlling, Reporting, and Accounting area is to ensure R2 R controls and policy adherence for the respective R2 R areas operated for E-Mobility. This position can be considered at the Expert or Senior Specialist level (grade 12 or lower). In this role, you will perform daily tasks, control & validation, and process expertise to deliver target KPIs, relevant reporting, and analytics for the E-Mobility division. Your responsibilities include: Performing complex daily accounting and reporting tasks for the E-mobility division to meet KPIs and deliver relevant reports and analytics; Preparing various reports and commentaries on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; Analyzing the E-mobility division in the general accounting area; Supporting the division and business with accounting and operational challenges; Focusing on continuous process improvement and efficiency; Acting as a control performer for internal controls and ensuring policy compliance; Encouraging data-driven assessments and proposals for solving complex business problems; Maintaining contact with key business stakeholders to understand their needs. Qualifications for the role Extensive experience in accounting or controlling; Knowledge of service accounting and revenue recognition; Proven analytical skills and problem-solving abilities; Excellent communication skills, high ownership, and a can-do attitude; Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure; Advanced Excel and SAP skills; Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
