We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role: Graduate Recruitment and Development Advisor Responsibilities: Work with key business partners on university presence strategy Analyse the effectiveness of campaigns and align strategy with business priorities Building and maintaining relationships with universities Coordinating the collaboration of recruiters and global teams for a consistent corporate image Participation in academic events and organisation of business representation Recruitment of graduates and trainees: running assessment centres, analysing the effectiveness of the campaign, contacting candidates and supporting the implementation process Requirements: Experience in recruitment, talent management or recruitment marketing Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of the education market and university recruitment practices Ability to build relationships with business partners and university representatives Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment Willingness to travel on business within Poland The offer: Prestigious position at one of the world's largest banks Stable, long-term projects Competitive salary with a B2 B contract Hybrid work (4 days from the office in a month)Private healthcare and multisport card
