What Your Challenges Will Be?
The project focuses on developing and maintaining an internal service that supports automation of controls between technology platforms and the teams using those platforms. The service, called the Platform Lookup Service, provides information about available platforms, their tenants, and the controls that have been automated for each of them. It enables other processes and systems within the organization to consume this data and automate control-related activities, significantly reducing manual effort and improving overall compliance efficiency.
This is an engineering‑oriented role with an analytical component. The person in this position will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the application (Java, React, Postgre SQL), while also performing control analysis and collaborating with platform teams to evolve the automation of controls. The work is carried out in an Agile environment and focuses on building modern, efficient solutions that support governance and control management across a complex IT infrastructure.
What We Require?
Strong experience with
Java
(version 8 or higher, ideally 21)
Solid understanding of databases (preferably
Postgre SQL ) and SQL
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Basic Linux knowledge (nice to have)
Understanding of technology and hosting platforms, both internal and cloud‑based
Ability to perform business and control analysis – understanding processes and controls to support automation
Previous experience with internal deployment processes within large, complex organizations would be an advantage
