ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
Lead the transformation of the Order to Cash (O2 C) process, ensuring seamless integration and optimization across all relevant departments
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance cash flow, reduce cycle times, and improve overall process efficiency
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify pain points and design innovative solutions that align with organizational goals
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and implement continuous improvements
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies throughout the transformation process
WYMAGANIA:
Proven experience in leading large‑scale O2 C transformation projects
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash processes, including billing, collections, and cash application
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, or other financial management software
Relevant certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean are highly desirable
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
