As an Oracle HCM Consultant focused on the banking sector at Softeta, you will work closely with Product Owners in the People Tribe to ensure business goals are met and that we make the right IT infrastructure decisions. Responsibilities: Architecture Leadership: Develop and oversee the architectural roadmap, focusing on integrating Oracle systems effectively while planning for the decommissioning of legacy systems and Excel solutions. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to create a comprehensive IT architecture overview, aiding in informed decision-making for system implementation and optimization. Solution Design: Deliver solution designs that meet both immediate and future business needs. Risk and Compliance Management: Identify potential risks, particularly related to integrations and data security, including GDPR compliance. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for all project stakeholders. Transition Planning: Plan and manage the transition away from legacy systems, ensuring minimal disruption and maximizing benefits of new technology solutions. Qualifications: Educational background in Computer Science or Engineering. Expertise in HCM Systems. Solid IT experience. Solution-oriented approach. Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
