As a Senior Front-end Software Engineer , you'll join a dynamic team committed to innovation. The team focuses on working with exciting and unique projects within the business management, fleet management, and energy sectors tackling technical challenges.

• Take a leading role in developing responsive, efficient, and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Work with highly senior colleagues, gaining and providing insights and feedback that will foster growth for you and the team.
• Provide mentorship to junior frontend developers, assisting them in improving their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in the architectural and design discussions, contribute to the decision-making process, and help define best practices and coding standards for frontend development.
• Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide input on user experience (UX) design, and communicate effectively throughout the development process.

• 5+ years of experience in frontend programming.
• Expert knowledge of React and Type Script and modern frontend applications development.
• Proficient in advanced Java Script solutions beyond basic React or other framework programming, including custom Java Script development for diverse applications such as 2 D/3 D graphics in a web browser using Web GL.
• Expert knowledge in application testing and security.
• Ability to design system architecture, establish coding standards, and implement project-specific best practices.
• Experience in continuous deployment and delivery of frontend applications.
• Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Salary range:

17 200 - 27 500 PLN + VAT (B2 B)

14 270 - 22 200 PLN gross (Permanent)
