Senior Storage Engineer with French Kraków

Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and maintain SAN, NAS, and DAS storage solutions to ensure high performance and availability.
• Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions, ensuring data integrity and protection.
• Provision storage, including volume creation, LUN masking, and file system management.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support storage needs for databases, virtualization, and other applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues, working with vendors and internal teams.
• Participate in capacity planning, forecasting, and implementing replication technologies for disaster recovery and high availability.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in enterprise storage administration.

Technical Skills: Proficient in SAN, NAS, DAS, and cloud-based storage solutions; hands-on with storage management platforms (e.g., Net App, EMC, HPE 3 PAR).

Knowledge: Familiarity with RAID levels, LUN provisioning, and storage protocols (i SCSI, Fibre Channel).

Backup Solutions: Experience with backup and recovery tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).

Scripting: Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Power Shell, Python) is a plus for task automation.

Languages: Proficiency in French and English with strong communication skills.
