IT Business Analyst Recruitment for Our Client is an global company from financial sector that is developing their IT HUB in Warsaw. Technologies we use Expected Kafka Java Your responsibilities Understand business needs, identify their requirements, provide analysis, definition and estimation of solutions by ensuring that expectations are met Translate business requirements to user stories or any documentation so the delivery team could work on them. It's necessary to understand the project and discuss effort, dependencies, uncertainties and risks in order to offer our best product. Monitor the different deployments by ensuring that the established test circuits have been met, regression tests if applicable and ensure the correct functioning of the application after new changes have been incorporated Document in Confluence the functionalities and developments of tool, as well as the how-to documentation for end users and support teams You will be up to date with the evolution of the application due to projects implementation and request to the delivery team to guarantee that the deployment of any new functionality does not impact on the quality of the service level. You will work with a IT team of internal staff and external contractors that has functional and technical knowledge in project implementation and Support and Maintenance tasks, with a high capacity for collaboration and communication with our business and with the other IT co-wokers teams that have a close relationship with Tiara. Employer requirements At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end applications working in project implementation and in support/maintenance service Extensive experience in analysis, design, and customized solutions implementation within applications on different financial products (Fixed Income, Equities, etc) for investment banking, especially for settlements and counterparties management Experience in collaborate with diverse and multi-entity IT teams General knowledge in different technologies like Appian, APIS and MicroServices, Kafka, Java, etc. and also, other complementary ones such as Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence tools, will be assessed.
