Job Description

Experience: 12+ Years on End to End Technical Architecture. Full project lifecycle experience is a must.

Domain: Telco (Wireless/Wireline) B2 B/B2 C business domain.

Responsibilities:

1. Define technical solutions cutting across layers (UI + Middleware service + Backend DBs).
2. Utilize strong technical architecture skills using multiple technologies across layers:
1. React, Angular, Java / J2 EE, Microsoft. NET, full stack, MVC
2. Microservices, Web services, REST, SOAP
3. Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Graph QL
4. SQL Server, No SQLs (Mongo, Cassandra, etc.)
5. Cloud Native applications using services from Azure / AWS / GCP
6. Dev Ops (GIT, CI, CD, Monitoring, etc.)
7. Mobile apps (understanding of platforms for Android and i OS using Native languages – Kotlin and Swift)
3. Design Patterns for layers and overall application.
4. Strong Architectural skills for understanding and managing NFRs End to End (Requirements to Implementation).
5. Exposure to multiple and diverse technologies and environments, with a good understanding of open-source based technologies, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
6. Strong understanding in application migration to cloud (completely on cloud or in hybrid mode).
7. Estimate financial impact of technical architecture alternatives.
8. Translate business needs into technical solutions.
9. Apply multiple technical solutions to business problems.
10. Present/explain created solutions/technical architecture artifacts to business and technical stakeholders.
11. Good understanding of wireless prepaid/postpaid business, BSS functions, and operations.
12. Good to have certifications like TOGAF / Cloud architecture / TM Forum Frameworks: e TOM, TAM, SID and Integration Framework (TNA) and CMM/CMMI. Alternatively, proven experience with standards like TMF Frameworx, TOGAF, SOA, and leading enterprise architecture development for large production-grade ICT solutions.

1. Excellent communication skills, able to facilitate technical workshops, and clearly communicate ideas and solutions through various means (written, presentation, and in person) with both internal and external teams.
2. Ability to explain complex issues to a wider business audience.
3. Ability to interact, communicate, and build relationships with Senior Stakeholders (e.g., Heads of Dept., Directors, etc.).
4. Good commercial acumen and ability to influence business decisions.
5. Build strong and trusted relationships with other teams, vendors, and service partners.
6. Excellent planning and time management skills.
7. Ability to guide and manage a team of component Architects and Solution Designers.
