As a Project Manager in the Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for implementing data science solutions to support marketing activities in various regions. Your task will be to coordinate collaboration between the Data Science team in Krakow and local marketing teams and organize steer Co meetings to remove implementation barriers. You will translate the results of analytical models into specific marketing activities and ensure that projects have a real impact on business results. As part of the role, you will work with the global CX leader to create standards for implementing analytics solutions and reporting on progress.
Your tasks
Planning and leading the implementation of analytical models (e.g. churn, propensity, AI journey) in the marketing area
Coordinating collaboration between DS frontend developer team (Krakow) and local marketing teams
Organizing quarterly steer Co meetings to unlock implementation barriers
Co-create marketing campaigns based on insights from statistical models
Work with Category Managers to implement solutions in specific product categories, as well as build awareness of model usage
Prepare reports for Global CX Lead - status of projects, progress, obstacles, recommendations
Contribute to the development of global standards for implementing data science solutions in marketing and support marketing teams in understanding and adapting analytics solutions
Promote "move the needle" approach - focus on business efficiency, not just technical implementation
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management, as well as working at the interface of marketing and analytics
Strong communication and project management skills
Ability to translate the results of statistical models into marketing activities
Ability to build relationships and "sell" analytical solutions to internal stakeholders
Fluency in spoken and written English
Residence in Poland required and fluency in the Polish language
Open to business travel to Krakow once a quarter
