Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the quality control team responsible for reviewing marketing materials such as digital banners, emails, videos and print designs
Ensure all outputs meet client instructions, briefing, branding and quality standards consistently across projects
Coordinate daily QC activities, assign tasks and monitor team progress to meet deadlines
Review complex cases and provide final quality checks for high-priority or sensitive projects
Work closely with production and Client Service teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures, documentation and training materials for the team
Mentor and support team members, encouraging skill development and best practices in quality control
Monitor quality trends and report on overall team performance and areas for improvement to management
Manage multiple projects and priorities while adapting to fast-changing client needs
Lead initiatives to continuously raise the overall quality and efficiency of the QC process
Cooperate with other stakeholders within the projects to ensure a smooth delivery
Qualifications
Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills
At least 3-4 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance or related roles in advertising, production, or digital marketing, including experience leading or mentoring a team
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot subtle errors and ensure consistency across complex materials
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
Understanding of client branding requirements, briefs, digital and print marketing materials and quality standards
Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
Adaptable and proactive, able to handle shifting priorities and client feedback smoothly
Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to continuous improvement
