Sales Support Specialist with German Role overview The Sales Support Specialist plays an important role in the sales support area of the market-to-cash process flow. This team focuses on strengthening sales performance across Western European markets through client-facing commercial and finance processes, deploying an end-to-end perspective on work organization. What you’ll be doing Creating and maintaining pricing settings and rebate setups for direct and indirect customers across Western Europe. Preparing analyses of current pricing and rebate setups to answer internal customer inquiries. Cross-checking queries with Customer Master Data and providing relevant information based on internal customer setup. Reporting and analyzing sales volume for correct settlement on customer accounts. Providing advice on technical queries related to Customer Master, pricing, and rebates, and contributing to team knowledge by updating process documentation. Who we’re looking for We’re seeking someone who: Has a good command of written and spoken German. Has completed a bachelor’s degree in finance-related areas or has 1+ years of experience in finance, data management, pricing, rebates, or corporate sales, with documentation to prove it. Enjoys working in a diverse, international environment. Can communicate effectively in English. Is proficient in Office 365, especially MS Excel. Has experience with SAP or data management tools. Demonstrates analytical skills and an assertive attitude. Is inquisitive, diligent, and able to read between the lines.
