YOUR TEAM/ PROJECT:
Our development teams build and develop software based on the maximum and intelligent use of Java technology. We support world leaders in the automotive, manufacturing, commercial, distribution, telecommunications, energy and public sectors.
We cooperate with experienced experts from all over the world, which provides a wide opportunity to deepen technical and business knowledge. It also allows you to acquire professional programming competences while maintaining the Clean Code principle.
YOUR TASKS:
designing solution architectures in Python, Cloud and Java environments;
participating in Python development projects as technical consultant or leader;
co-creating a Python language competency center within the company;
building and supervising an internal development and training program for Python and other related technologies as well as leading workshops and mentoring sessions;
establishing, promoting, and guiding clean code solutions and best practices in the field of Python;
develop clean, scalable Python code for back-end systems, user integration, and performance.
YOUR PROFILE:
Python Expertise:
Over 5 years of experience in writing high-quality, scalable code and designing robust software architectures using libraries like Flask, SQLAlchemy, Celery etc.
Preferred AI Development Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of Python libraries such as Num Py, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, and Keras, with practical experience in building AI-powered applications.
Preferred AI and LLM Skills:
Expertise in frameworks like Lang Chain and hands-on experience with large language models (e.g., GPT-4, LLa MA). Proficient in working with embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
System Integration:
Proven ability to seamlessly integrate AI components with other system elements (e.g., APIs, databases) to deliver cohesive solutions.
Language Skills:
Excellent command of English; knowledge of German is a plus.
Continuous Learning:
Eager to adopt new technologies and embrace technical challenges.
Collaboration and Independence:
Highly organized, self-reliant, and passionate about sharing knowledge. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
