Clarksons Digital is seeking a new  Engineering Manager to help build and manage teams to deliver an ambitious new project for the Broking division.



The role of Engineering Manager at Clarksons Digital requires a diverse skill set and a combination of technical expertise, leadership qualities, and interpersonal skills. 



Manage and oversee delivery teams, comprising developers, QA Engineers, and SDETS.

Build and nurture high-performing teams that consistently deliver quality software and continually improve.

Support & Collaboration: Act as a liaison between engineering and product teams, aiding in process improvements and issue resolution for efficient delivery.

Project Management: Proficiency in planning and executing successful projects while understanding the broader picture.

 

Technical Expertise: Strong technical background, preferably in. NET.

Pragmatic delivery approach that balances business and technical needs.

Prioritization: Ability to manage and prioritize workload across multiple projects and teams.
