Responsibilities:
Signing of a contract between an LLC and a private entrepreneur, including annexes related to changes in payment terms or other conditions, and termination of the contract
Issuing monthly invoices on behalf of a private entrepreneur to an LLC
Full accounting of the tax revenue and expense for a private entrepreneur, or the simplified ledger for ryczałt taxation
Settlements with social security institutions and the tax office
Submission of ZUS, GUS, VAT, and PIT declarations, as well as other reports required under Polish law
Communication with the contractor during the onboarding process regarding the terms of cooperation
Requirements:
Experience of at least 2 years as a PE Accountant
Knowledge of Polish accounting, tax, and labor legislation
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Attention to detail, discipline, and flexibility
